Face-to-Face Therapy in Staffordshire
In-person CBT and EMDR therapy across Staffordshire.
I offer face-to-face therapy in Brewood, South Staffordshire with clients travelling comfortably from across the wider county. Wherever you're based, my aim is the same — a calm, accessible space where you can feel genuinely supported.
If travelling isn't practical, I also offer secure online sessions across the UK.

You don't have to keep carrying it on your own.
Many people I work with arrive feeling stuck, exhausted, or quietly held back by something they've never been able to put into words. If you recognise yourself in any of this, you're in the right place.
Anxiety & panic
A racing mind, tight chest, that constant low hum of dread.
Overthinking
Replaying conversations, predicting the worst, unable to switch off.
Burnout
Running on empty, holding it together outwardly while quietly unravelling.
Trauma
Difficult memories that still surface and shape how you feel today.
Low mood
A persistent heaviness, loss of motivation, and a harsh inner critic.
Stress
Pressure from work, relationships or life events that has begun to overflow.
Evidence-based therapy, tailored to you.
I draw on two highly effective approaches — CBT and EMDR — offered in person across Staffordshire, or remotely if that suits you better.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
A practical, structured therapy that helps you notice the thoughts and behaviours keeping difficulties going — and gently change them. Especially effective for anxiety, OCD, panic, low mood and stress.
EMDR Therapy
A gentle, structured therapy that helps your brain process memories that still feel raw — so they lose their grip. You don't need to talk through every detail for it to work.
Sometimes there's no substitute for being in the same room.
Online therapy is wonderfully flexible — but for many people, face-to-face sessions offer something distinctly grounding.
A deeper sense of connection
Sitting in the same room creates a quiet, human rapport that's hard to replicate on screen.
Focused, distraction-free time
An hour that belongs entirely to you — away from notifications, family, or the day's noise.
A calm, contained space
A warm, private therapy room where you can settle, slow down, and feel genuinely held.
Easier emotional work
Many people find trauma and EMDR work feels safer and steadier when we're together in person.
A warm, non-judgemental approach — grounded in proper training.
A simple, gentle path to getting started.
