About MindFlex Therapy Service

We provide a high quality one to one psychological therapy service to people 18 and over, suffering from common mental health difficulties (please see ‘What we can help with‘ for further details).

We are based within South Staffordshire and the surrounding area, close to locations such as Telford, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Burntwood, Stafford, Brewood, Codsall.

We provide remote sessions (telephone or video call sessions) and also face to face sessions where necessary. Remote sessions can be highly successful and are delivered in the same way that face to face sessions are. This option can provide the benefit of being in the comfort of your own space and also not having to travel, which can be an additional benefit for some people.

We are committed to providing a service that is professional, accessible, individually focused and to work with people to achieve their goals for therapy and help to develop skills, techniques and insights that have the potential to last a lifetime.

We believe in the importance of people gaining insights and understanding about their difficulties and developing a range of techniques that help to build resiliency and reduce the likelihood of experiencing similar difficulties in the future.

We are all potentially vulnerable to experiencing mental health difficulties. Statistics indicate that 1 in 4 people have a common mental health difficulty (www.mind.org.uk/statistics |  mentalhealth.org.uk/statistics). We believe psychological wellbeing is priority and there are a number of things that people can do that help protect against mental health difficulties. It is much better to do something sooner rather than later when perhaps problems can become more entrenched and take longer to recover from. Our mind also has a significant impact on our physical health and can make us vulnerable to certain long and short term health conditions.

Are you ready to improve your wellbeing for the longer term?

Are you ready to become more in charge of your mind, rather than your mind being in charge of you?

Then please do not hesitate to contact us to ask any questions or for a brief (up to 15 minutes), no obligatory conversation to help decide if you wish to book an appointment in the following modes:
